1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "You") and 898ph (the "Company," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). The 898ph platform is operated under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended for use exclusively by players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with any services offered on the 898ph platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
• You are a legal resident of the Philippines or are physically present within the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes;
• You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full;
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of gaming activity.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the 898ph website. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

The 898ph platform is available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines when accessing the platform or placing any wagers.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database, voluntary exclusion list, or barred persons register maintained by PAGCOR, 898ph, or any other Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not have previously had an 898ph account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms or any fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To use the 898ph platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• A valid Philippine mobile telephone number registered in your name;
• A functioning email address;
• Your date of birth;
• Your permanent residential address within the Philippines.

You agree to notify 898ph immediately of any changes to your personal details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 898ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting materials as requested by the Company.

Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal requests. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account access or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 898ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If the Company discovers that a Player has opened or is operating multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately, void any wagers or winnings associated with those accounts, and confiscate any funds deposited therein.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

3.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their 898ph account using the payment methods made available on the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and designated Philippine bank transfers (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank). All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00). The Company reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 898ph account belong to you, have been legally obtained, and are not derived from any illegal or prohibited sources. Deposits from third parties, joint accounts (unless properly documented and authorized), or any source inconsistent with your verified identity may be declined or refunded.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your 898ph account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever practicable.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification (KYC). Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary depending on the payment method, but verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive funds within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, terms violations, duplicate accounts, or any conduct inconsistent with fair play. The Company further reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before approving any withdrawal.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no wagers, no deposits) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100.00 per month, deducted from the account balance, until such time as the account is reactivated or the balance is depleted.

4. Responsible Gaming and Player Conduct

4.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

898ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive or problem gambling. The Company provides tools and resources designed to assist players in managing their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Loss limits;
• Session duration timers;
• Cool-off periods;
• Temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.

These tools are accessible through your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Players are encouraged to use these features proactively to maintain control over their gaming behavior.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the 898ph platform in a fair, honest, and lawful manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity theft, credit card fraud, or collusion;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic devices to place wagers or manipulate gameplay;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Abusing promotional offers, bonuses, or loyalty programs through duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, or any other deceptive means;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform as a conduit for illicit financial transactions;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account;
• Creating offensive, abusive, or harassing communications directed toward other players or 898ph staff.

Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or terminated immediately, and all funds may be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. Game Rules, Fairness, and Integrity

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 898ph platform is governed by its own specific set of rules, payout structures, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These details are published within the game information panel accessible from the lobby or within the game interface itself.

It is the Player's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse non-compliance, and disputes arising from misunderstanding game mechanics will not be grounds for refund or compensation.

5.2 Random Number Generation and Live Dealer Integrity

All slot games, virtual table games, and other RNG-based games on the 898ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) and are streamed in real time from professionally operated studios. Dealers operate under strict procedural guidelines, and all gameplay is recorded and archived for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

The Company does not manipulate, alter, or influence game outcomes. All results are determined by certified RNG systems or physical equipment in the case of live dealer games.

5.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, software bug, or hardware failure affecting any game, all wagers placed during the affected session are void and will be refunded to the Player's account at the original stake amount. The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or lost winnings resulting from technical malfunctions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, text, images, audio, video, and other materials displayed on the 898ph platform are the exclusive property of 898ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 898ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of data;
• Service interruptions, delays, or downtime;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account;
• Third-party conduct or content.

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 898ph and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your misuse of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 898ph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform that c annot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact the 898ph support team at [email protected] to seek resolution of any dispute through the Company's internal complaints procedure. 898ph aims to resolve all legitimate complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your 898ph account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings and take effect immediately.

9.2 Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity;
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period;
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to the Company, its staff, or other Players;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure;
• Inability to verify the Player's age, identity, or location eligibility.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 898ph platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

898ph is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to unauthorized third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 898ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind.

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver by the Company of any specific breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
